Designers like Dolce and Gabbana gave an opulent sneak peek on what today's screen sirens will be wearing this fall like Scarlet Johansen,Eva Mendes and Naomi Watts. The collection Channels such legends as Joan Crawford,Lana Turner and Rita Hayworth.
I wanted to create a classic Old Hollywood look, but give it a younger more playful side then it's dramatic counter part. Think sexy Pin-up Girl. The 1930's and 40's is a very sofisticated look. Often appearing too hard for the everyday modern girl. A pale eye and a classic red lip stain is all you need to create a modern day pin-up look. As a fan of old Hollywood glamour Im not waiting for fall to create this look. I've already created on my Muse's Nicole Scherzinger, Mel B, and Kim Kardashian. What better line to create a modern day pin-up girl than a line that is inspired by the pin-up girl Benefit Cosmetics. Love this look, and love pretty much ever Benefit product! They have fun names, fun packaging, and (most importantly) they work so well. I have the Benefit You Rebel tinted moisturizer for everyday/work day makeup in the summer. It is light coverage but still evens me out. And I have Benetint- it is one awesome blush/stain. Now I HAVE to try the High Beam....
